1. Every Visitor to the studio is obliged to familiarize himself with the operating rules of the YOGA&REST studio (from now on referred to as "studio" and "operator"). They are obliged to follow them and behave by them. Registering, booking, or purchasing a class, each Visitor confirms that they have read the rules.
2. The Visitor is entitled to use the premises and services of the studio based on the paid admission fee. A valid and up-to-date price list can be found at www.yogarest.cz. Cancellation and booking conditions can be found in the booking system.
3. Any changes to the schedule and opening hours can be found in the studio's booking system and the Instagram page.
4. Visitors can book each lesson and event in the booking system or in-person at the studio reception. The Operator reserves the right to cancel a class or event. In such a case, this will be indicated on the Instagram page or the booking system.
5. Each client is also obliged to follow the instructor's instructions relating to practice and equipment. Otherwise, the Operator shall not be held liable for any accidents or injuries incurred. Any damage must be reported immediately to the reception staff or any instructor present. 
6. While practicing yoga or other activities, the client must not endanger their health or the health of other participants.
7. Visitors are responsible for maintaining order throughout the studio area, protecting the Operator's property, and for damages caused by violations of the Operating Regulations. Visitors must respect the relevant fire regulations to observe the prohibition of handling open flames on the studio premises. Visitors are obliged to report all detected defects and accidents to the receptionist.
8. The Visitor shall be liable for the loss, destruction, or damage to the Operator's property in full, even if such damage is due to unintentional acts. The Visitor who causes the damage must compensate the Operator without delay.
