Through this system, you will book your spot for your lesson. Of course, you can also come without reservation, but you run the risk that no space will be left for you.
If you want to book a lesson in our booking system, you need to upload the amount of the study. This deposit is if you do not arrive for the class without an early excuse and cancellation. The warranty is refundable but will be forfeited if you do not attend your booked lesson.
To use the credit system, a minimum amount of 1000-CZK is required. With credit, you get lessons at a better price, book conveniently at home, and avoid waiting at the reception. Credit can be topped up at the studio reception in cash or by bank transfer. The credit is valid for six months. After each recharge, the full credit is extended for another six months. The distinction is transferable and can only be used to pay for open classes, not workshops and other studio events. It cannot be used to pay for purchases of goods in the studio.
Multisport cards are accepted.
Open lessons can be canceled up to 2 hours before the start of the class. Otherwise, the value of the class will be deducted from your credits and Multisport card deposit or charged on your next visit to the studio. This measure prevents unnecessary blocking of the pads for the lesson and puts them under your responsibility as well.
Workshops and other studio events can be paid for in cash at the studio reception or by bank transfer. They cannot be paid by credit. The cancellation policy for workshops and other studio events is as follows: 100% of the total amount in case of cancellation less than 14 days before the event or, in case of non-attendance, 50% of the total amount in case of cancellation more than 15 days before the event.
